The agreement calls for TSIP to integrate TTI Telecom's OSS solutions with its current offerings for resale to wireline and wireless telecom services providers affiliated with Telefonica S.A. globally. TTI Telecom is expected to commence training TSIP's sales and support staff on its OSS solutions immediately and expects to complete the process in approximately three months.
