 TSS LTD. TO PROVIDE COUPONING PROGRAM FOR KROGER STORES IN DALLAS
 PROVIDENCE, R.I., Nov. 9 /PRNewswire/ -- TSS Ltd. (NASDAQ: TSSL) announced today that it has received a letter of intent from the Kroger Co. to demonstrate its proprietary electronic couponing program in 10 Kroger supermarkets in the Dallas area. Target date for launch of the demonstration is February 1993. The program is expected to roll out to 81 Kroger stores in the Dallas area after completion of the demonstration.
 In making the announcement Michael A. Clark, president, said, "Kroger represents the third major U.S. food chain that has agreed to participate in the TSS program since we launched the new phase of our product configuration 60 days ago at Ralphs supermarkets in southern California. We are delighted to have this opportunity with Kroger which has 1,250 stores nationwide."
 In the United States, TSS currently operates programs in Ralphs supermarkets in southern California and in Kmart stores. In Europe, TSS and local partners operates programs in Match Stores, a supermarket chain in Belgium and in ICA stores, a chain of supermarkets in Sweden. In addition TSS currently has letters of intent for demonstration programs with divisions of two other U.S. supermarket chains, including Sentry Markets, a division of Fleming Companies.
