TSR, Inc. Reports Financial Results for the First Quarter Ended August 31, 2006 and Declares Quarterly Dividend of $0.08 Per Share.

), a provider of computer programming consulting services, today announced financial results for the first quarter ended August 31, 2006.

For the quarter ended August 31st, revenues decreased 0.7% from the same quarter last year to $12.4 million. Consolidated net income decreased 6.3% from the comparable period to $444,000. Additionally, earnings per share remained at $0.10.

The Company also announced that the Board of Directors had declared a cash dividend of $0.08 per share for its first fiscal quarter. The dividend will be payable November 2, 2006 to shareholders of record as of October 18, 2006.

Increased interest income and a decreased effective income tax rate offset, to some extent, the decrease in net income."
