TSI sells 74/104 disc rotor. (Equipment Report).

The "No Weld" disc rotors have replaced four-arm spider rotors that had previously been used with the 74/104 shredder.

Two shredder operations in the northeastern U.S. are currently operating with the "No Weld" disc rotors, according to TSI. The rotor style is designed to increase production, lower power costs and reduce the overall cost per ton to shred (less manpower and maintenance), according to the company.

The "No Weld" disc material is made from a T-1 steel of pressure vessel quality. The rotor shaft is an AISI AISI American Iron and Steel Institute
