Canada's Largest Container Terminal Operator Implements Navis[TM] SPARCS Terminal Operating System, Navis Express[R] and Navis WebAccess[R] at Deltaport Container Terminal

OAKLAND, Calif. -- Navis, a Zebra Technologies company (NASDAQ:ZBRA) and the world's first company to automate marine terminal operating systems (TOS), announced today that TSI Terminal Systems Inc. (TSI) has implemented its Navis[TM] SPARCS Terminal Operating System, Navis Express[R] and Navis WebAccess[R] at TSI's Deltaport facility, the largest container terminal in the Port of Vancouver, British Columbia.

In addition to replacing its in-house terminal operating system with SPARCS, TSI also opted for Express and WebAccess. After months of planning and testing, the complete implementation went live on March 30.

TSI selected Navis software for its proven reliability and ability to grow with expanding operations. Studies suggest that container traffic on the west coast of North America could triple by 2020, with Vancouver capturing a significant share of the increased volume. SPARCS, Express and WebAccess will help TSI increase both volume and productivity at its Deltaport container terminal.
