 is designing and producing a series of products for the aerospace, information technology and automotive industries Automotive Industries, Ltd. TRW announced recently that the company has made strides in providing a more affordable launch vehicle, for the U.S. space program that rivals the power of the Saturn F-1, which carried Apollo missions The Apollo missions were a series of space missions, both manned and unmanned, flown by NASA between 1961 and 1975. They culminated with a series of manned moon landings between 1969 and 1972.  into space during the 1970s. The initial static firing of a Low Cost Pintle Engine has encouraged officials that they are on the right track for creating a rocket that could account for a 50 to 75 percent savings in overall launch costs for liquid hydrogen Liquid hydrogen is the liquid state of the element hydrogen. It is a common liquid rocket fuel for rocket applications. In the aerospace industry, its name is often abbreviated to LH2 or LH2.  booster engines.
