TRUCK DRIVER PLEADS NOT GUILTY TO FATAL HIT-AND-RUN.

Javier Barajas Zavala, 41, was charged with hit-and-run driving and manslaughter manslaughter, homicide committed without justification or excuse but distinguished from murder by the absence of the element of malice aforethought.
