TRIO TO TEACH HEALTHY DINING.

Americans have been bombarded with dietary warnings about fat, fiber and sugar. We all know that we should eat our vegetables and avoid foods that cause weight gain and heart problems, yet eating right is easier said than done.

The all-day seminar will be held from 8:45 a.m. to 5 p.m. Feb. 22 at the Old Orchard 1 Clubhouse, 25051 N. Avenida Rotella, Valencia.
