TRIAD TO PROVIDE ELECTRONIC CATALOG DATA TO SEARS
LIVERMORE, Calif., May 14 /PRNewswire/ -- Triad Systems Corp.

(NASDAQ: TRSC) today announced an agreement to provide Sears, Roebuck & Co. (NYSE: S) with a custom version of its Electronic Catalog database of automotive parts for use by Sears' TeleCatalog centers. Sears has 10 TeleCatalog centers nationwide, providing customers with catalog ordering capability through a toll-free telephone network.
Under the agreement, for which terms were not disclosed Triad will combine selected portions of its database of 1.8 million automotive parts with accessory items included in Sears' catalog.
