TRI-STATE WATER RESOURCES STUDY MEETING IN GAINESVILLE

 ATLANTA, Jan. 19 /PRNewswire/ -- The states of Georgia, Florida, and Alabama and the Army Corps of Engineers will be hosting a public open- house meeting in Gainesville, Ga. on Feb. 3, which will focus on the Tri- State Water Resources Study, known as the ACF/ACT Comprehensive Study.
 Experts will be available throughout the session to discuss all aspects of the study, including population and employment forecasts, municipal/industrial demand, recreation, ground water supply modeling, surface water supply modeling, water quality, environment, power resources, agriculture, navigation, and the Apalachicola River and Bay.
 All facets of this $13.5 million study, scheduled for completion in September 1995, will be presented along with posters and various handout materials from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. at The Civic Center, 830 Green St., Gainesville. There will be additional meeting rooms for detailed discussions of topics of interest.
