 TRI-MET, UNION REQUEST HEARING DELAY, UNION SAYS
 PORTLAND, Ore., March 12 /PRNewswire/ -- The following was


released today by Amalgamated Transit Union Division 757:
 Tri-Met and Amalgamated Transit Union Division 757 have both requested a one-day delay in the hearing originally scheduled for the Employment Relations Board at 9:30 a.m. today at the Metro Zoo, Gate G, Portland.
 The hearing is tentatively rescheduled for tomorrow, March 13, at the same time and location.
 Both sides stated they intend to spend the day "looking at facts associated with the unfair labor practice complaint."
 Both Tri-Met and the union see this as a positive step, but are declining to make further comments at this time.
