Pitt, who just completed filming ``The Fight Club,'' was not home at the time. Rolando knew she had entered Pitt's home, police said.

``She said that she put on his clothes because she was cold,'' Guerrero said.

The caretaker swiftly called police, who arrested her for trespassing under a private person's arrest, Guerrero said.

Apparently, Rolando used a chair to crawl in through the open window. Because she did not force entry and police found she did not intend to steal his property, they declined to seek burglary charges. Rolando was arrested on suspicion of trespassing and held at the LAPD's Hollywood jail in lieu of $500 bail for the misdemeanor, police said.

On Thursday, Pitt was at a meeting in Los Angeles Los Angeles (lôs ăn`jələs, lŏs, ăn`jəlēz'), city (1990 pop. 3,485,398), seat of Los Angeles co., S Calif.; inc. 1850.  and aware of the intruder, but did not wish to comment on the incident, according to his agent.
