TREMINCO RESOURCES LTD. REPORTS RESULTS FROM STAGE TWO TRENCHING EL MAGISTRAL.

VANCOUVER, B.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 20, 1995-- Assay results from a further 118 trench samples collected under the direction of consultant Dr. R. Seraphim on the El Magistral Property in Sinaloa State, Mexico have been received. these samples were collected from an additional 4000 feet of trenching recently completed within the core area of the property.

Incomplete results from this second stage trenching are as follows: -0-

This later trenching program focused on the Promintory area of the property. Here two trenches were completed to circle the upper slopes. The higher trench (#1), 900 feet long provided an average grade (including the assays from the earlier Stage 1 Trenching) of 0.66% copper, including one 125 ft. section averaging 1.35% copper. The lower trench (#2) 3000 feet long, provided limits to mineralization to the north, but demonstrated that copper values above 0.5% copper extend beyond the limits set by trenching to both the east and west.

Trench (#5), 700 feet to the south of the Promintory area tested the south extension of the mineralization. A 390 ft. trench averaged 1.05% copper, including 120 ft. of 2.0% copper.

Assay results for gold, silver, cobalt and acid soluble copper are awaited.

Excellent potential to expand the deposit exist to the east and south of the core area. These areas have not been tested.
