TREEV(R), Inc. (NASDAQ/NMS:TREV), a leader in delivering e-business integrated content management solutions, today announced the promotion of two members from its top-performing product marketing team. After years of exceptional dedication and result-oriented performance, Steve Wood has been promoted to senior director of strategic marketing and Ashok Sankar has been promoted to director of product marketing. The promotion of these professionals is a reflection of their expertise in translating TREEV's strategic vision into leading business solutions.

Mr. Wood joined TREEV as director of product marketing in May of 1996. Recently, Mr. Wood successfully launched eTREEV(tm), TREEV's Web-based product, meeting the Company's financial and sales objectives. He has also taken an active role in the workflow community by serving on several document management standards committees including C21.1 COLD/ERM, Document Management Alliance and Workflow Management Coalition. He is also a contributing writer of the Certified Document Imaging Architech Exams.

In his new position, Mr. Wood will lead the strategic and tactical vision needed to drive the success of TREEV's products and services. To successfully accomplish this task, Mr. Wood will work closely with members of TREEV's seasoned marketing team as well as interface with the IT analyst community. He will also be responsible for developing business cases to drive new revenues and profits and will lead a workgroup to redefine the product life cycle process that will bring the highest quality products to market faster. Prior to TREEV, Mr. Wood was a product manager for Optika, Incorporated.

Since joining TREEV in September of 1999, Mr. Sankar has been a key player in the success of the product marketing programs. In his role as director of product marketing, Mr. Sankar is charged with delivering marketing strategies and tactics to drive product and services revenues for TREEV. Prior to joining TREEV, Mr. Sankar managed worldwide marketing programs for a PKI-based digital certificate and e-commerce application enablement solution at IBM Corporation in Bethesda, MD. He was also responsible for the overall product and marketing management for asset tracking solutions for Best Software in Reston, VA.
