TREASURE ISLAND CASINO ESTABLISHES NEW MANAGEMENT TEAM

PRAIRIE ISLAND RESERVATION, Minn., Oct. 11 /PRNewswire/ -- The Prairie Island Mdewakanton Tribal Council has announced several changes in the management of Treasure Island Casino.
Effective immediately, the five-member Tribal Council has appointed Curt Campbell the interim general manager of the casino. In addition, the casino will continue for the time being with the managers who have been overseeing the financial, table games and security departments and will utilize interim managers in all other departments. These changes reflect the council's desire to have more direct day-to-day control over casino operations.
Customers will continue to experience the same high quality casino experience. The council emphasizes that these changes in no way whatsoever reflect any concerns as to the economic health of the casino, which has been very strong throughout all of 1993 and shows every indication of remaining strong in the foreseeable future.
