Orbitz.com has added a new feature to give travelers more control over choosing departure and return flights. Customers can now select their airline flights in any order, even starting with the return flight and then selecting the departure flight. Orbitz says the new flight search feature is especially useful for travelers who have time-sensitive schedules, book multiple-city itineraries and have specific budget parameters. After conducting a flight search, users can pick from pre- bundled flight options or build itineraries starting with any flight segment. When choosing flight options separately, users still see roundtrip fares to make it simple and fast to plan a trip around a price. Aug 9, 2004
