TRAVEL BARGAINS\Florida flight discounts offered.

The Palm Beach County Convention and Visitors Bureau and USAir offer a "Companion Couple at Half-Price" discount from April 15 through Dec. 20 that lets a third and fourth passenger fly to Florida for half price when accompanying two full-fare passengers.

The first two tickets must cost at least $200, with a minimum stay of four nights, including a Saturday. Some blackout dates apply. Once in Palm Beach, travelers can use the visitors bureau's "$500 Worth of the Palm Beaches for Free" coupon book, good for discounts on shopping, dining, sports and attractions. Breakfast for two: Mariott Hotels, Resorts and Suites offers its "Two for Breakfast" package with rates beginning at $69 a night, a 30 percent to 40 percent savings over published rates, Thursday through Sunday through May 19. Besides a night's double-occupancy lodgings, guests receive free breakfast for two each day of the stay and a 25 percent discount on dinner for two at the hotel.
