The three parties mutually signed the agreement on December 26, 2005. However, in responding to the current incidences involving the livedoor group, the group and livedoor Securities have decided not to be involved in the bio-related business for the time being, since it is not its core business for the group.

Accordingly, the three parties have agreed to dissolve their partnership.
