VTSS volunteers monitor Mount McCoy, Hummingbird, Chumash, Arroyo Simi, Simi Rocky Peak Rocky Peak is the name of the 3rd highest point in the Santa Susana Mountains, which overlook both Chatsworth and Simi Valley, in Southern California. The peak, which is 2,714 feet above sea level, sits on the Los Angeles County/Ventura County line. and Stage Coach trails. The group plans to include Corriganville and Canyon View trails in the near future. In addition to the donation, more than 15 AT&T managers from Ventura and Santa Barbara counties participated last month in the AT&T Cares program at the Simi Valley Recreation and Park Equestrian Center. The volunteers helped to plant flowers, also donated by AT&T. AT&T Cares is a company-sponsored program that encourages employees to take a day off to volunteer their time to nonprofit organizations in their communities. ``We are proud of the successful training and hard work of all our volunteers,'' said Colleen Janssen, VTSS volunteer supervisor. ``The cell phone donation will further our efforts to provide safe area recreation.''
