TRAE Provides Target of $1.64 Million in Revenues from Current Producing Wells for Year End 2005; 75 Percent of Revenues to Hit as Net Profit.HOUSTON -- Triton American Energy Corp. (Pink Sheets: TRAE TRAE Time, Range, Azimuth, Elevation ) of Houston, TX., is pleased to provide early revenue and net profit targets for year end 2005. These targets are based on oil and gas wells which are currently producing revenues for Triton American Energy. Currently, Triton American Energy has 50 percent interest in a gas well within Zapata County. This gas well produces approximately 750,000 cubic feet of gas per day. If gas prices fell to $5.00 a barrel, Triton would still make approximately $43,000 per month. Year End 2005 projections from this well can be calculated by multiplying by $43,000 by 12 months. This well is in production and is now driving revenues into the Company. As indicated in the November 11, 2004 press release, the Francisca De Chapa #1 and #2 wells are currently completed and comprise estimated reserves of 1.57 million cubic feet of gas. Both of these wells are tied into the sales system and are now generating revenues. Management anticipates a minimum of $15,000 per month. In addition to the Dryersdale field, Triton has also begun generating revenues from the Elisor Cluxton oil well. This well is currently producing $9,000 a month in revenues. As previously mentioned in this press release, all wells which are producing for Triton are estimated to drive in $1.64 million dollars in revenue by year end 2005. These wells have a minimum life span of 5 years. Approximately 75% percent of all revenues from these wells will be reflected as net profit and reinvested back into the company in order to place additional wells on line.
