TPVs have better color, don't need drying.A new series of thermoplastic A polymer material that turns to liquid when heated and becomes solid when cooled. There are more than 40 types of thermoplastics, including acrylic, polypropylene, polycarbonate and polyethylene. vulcanizate (TPV TPV Temporary Protection Visa (Australia) TPV Terminal Punto Venta TPV Third-Party Verification TPV Thermophotovoltaic TPV Thermoplastic Vulcanizate (thermoplastic elastomer) TPV Total Payment Volume ) compounds use a special curing system that reportedly improves base color and eliminates the need for predrying. Seven Nexprene 9000 grades from Solvay Engineered Polymers, Auburn Hills, Mich., have hardnesses of 40 to 87 Shore A and two more are 40 and 50 Shore D. Yellowness index of the entire slate is 15, resulting in a clean, consistent natural color. Bright whites can be obtained by using TiO2 at loadings of 0.5% or less, while some pastel pastel (păstĕl`), artists' medium of chalk and pigment, tempered with weak gum water and usually molded in the form of sticks; also a work done in this medium. Pastel was in use in Italy in the 15th cent. and is doubtless much older. shades not feasible with conventional TPVs can now be realized. Elasticity and strength of Solvay's new TPVs resemble existing TPVs, while they outperform current grades in resistance to oil swelling and antifogging tendency. Some grades have special bonding characteristics (e.g., one is designed to bond with TPU TPU - Text Processing Utility ). Targets are weather seals, auto interior parts, and soft-touch sports goods.
