The company's presses for thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) molding are furnished with an integral input hopper for loading granulated or pelletized raw materials directly to the extruder screw intake. On the smaller injection head units, an additional cylinder has been added to mix the materials at a variable frequency to ensure complete screw chamber fill. Said to be unique to the company's equipment is the separation of the pre-plasticizing and injection functions.
