TOYS OF HISTORY TO BE FEATURED AT STRATHEARN HISTORICAL PARK.Byline: - Daily News Christmas Christmas [Christ's Mass], in the Christian calendar, feast of the nativity of Jesus, celebrated in Roman Catholic and Protestant Churches on Dec. 25. In liturgical importance it ranks after Easter, Pentecost, and Epiphany (Jan. 6). memories and holiday treasures from the past are featured this month at the Strathearn Historical Park in Simi Valley Simi Valley (sē`mē, sĭm`ē), city (1990 pop. 100,217), Ventura co., SW Calif. in an oil, fruit, and farm region; laid out 1887, inc. 1969. . The old buildings at the park are decorated dec·o·rate tr.v. dec·o·rat·ed, dec·o·rat·ing, dec·o·rates 1. To furnish, provide, or adorn with something ornamental; embellish. 2. for the holidays, and on Saturday the park will feature ``Toys and Games -- a Trip Down Memory Lane,'' during which historians will look at some of the favorite toys of the 19th and early 20th centuries and allow visitors to play with some of them. The park is at 137 Strathearn Place and is open Tuesdays through Fridays from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Docent-led tours are available at 1 p.m. Wednesdays and Thursdays, and 1-4 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays.
