Clipper Cruise Line offers a tour package that combines a five-day journey aboard the private luxury train American Orient Express with a six-day cruise exploring Northern California waterways aboard the 138-passenger MV Yorktown Clipper.

Westbound departures from Santa Fe, N.M., are scheduled Oct. 11 and 21 on the train, stopping at the Grand Canyon, Sunset Crater and Wupatki National Monument Wupatki National Monument: see National Parks and Monuments (table).
