 BB:TOCK) TOPCLiCK International Inc. has appointed Mr. Stephen Meehan to the role of Chief Technology Officer.

Stephen will manage the company's Programming and Systems Group in the continued development of the TOPCLiCK Internet Center. He will also take a lead role in the technical specification and building of a number of new services and database applications which, the company is launching to the Internet community later this year.

Stephen joins TOPCLiCK from Eclipsys Corporation where he most recently led the development of a multi-database system based on Microsoft SQL Server A relational DBMS from Microsoft that is a major component of the Windows Server System. It is Microsoft's high-end client/server database and is closely integrated with Microsoft Visual Studio and the Microsoft Office System. . This system is now in successful production at several of America's leading hospitals, and is considered by Microsoft to be the largest and most advanced multi-database system yet created on their platform.

He has an extensive background and experience in consulting and employment with leading technology organizations including Wang (Canada) and Nortel, where he has led multiple teams in the development of object-oriented databases supported by graphical user interfaces. He has extensive experience in the development of Unix, Windows 95 and Windows NT (Windows New Technology) A 32-bit operating system from Microsoft for Intel x86 CPUs. NT is the core technology in Windows 2000 and Windows XP (see Windows).
