In other words, the parent company owns the company outright and there are no minority owners.

Specifically, TOAGOSEI will spin off its polymer flocculants division and transfer it to MAP. Accordingly, MAP will become a joint venture held by TOAGOSEI and MCI.

Through this integration, the three companies aim to consolidate the production, sales and research of polymer flocculants in order to reinforce their competitiveness in the market where fierce competition is expected to escalate globally.
