TNX Television Installs Television System on London Routes of Leading Train Operators; Entrance Into Lucrative London Market Expected to Increase Advertising Sales.

PHILADELPHIA & LONDON -- TNX Television Holdings, Inc. (OTCBB:TNXT; "TNX") announced today that its UK subsidiary TNCI UK, Ltd ("TNX UK") had begun installation of its TNX Television Network on Southern System, a leading London commuter train operator. TNX UK also plans to begin installation of its Network on C2C this week. The two train operators are expected to give the Company a key presence in the London market, which provides the visibility necessary to attract leading advertisers. Currently, the Company's Network has been operating on routes in the Birmingham area, the second largest city in the U.K. The London market is considered to be the most attractive UK market for advertisers due to its size and attractive demographics.

The TNX system delivers high quality news and information supplied by Independent Television News Limited of London (ITN) and general interest items such as weather and sports, to make the daily commute more enjoyable and informative. The system also provides enhanced passenger information and has the potential to provide closed circuit television for improved security.
