TM Media Group Files Application for E-Commerce Process Patent for Online Role-Playing Games.


HOLLYWOOD -- TM Media Group, Inc. (Pink Sheets:TMMG TMMG That Makes Me Giggle ), a diversified entertainment company, announced today its application for a U.S. Patent for specific E-Commerce processes for online role-playing games See:

. The patent application filed with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (www.uspto.gov), includes 20 specific claims for methods of using true currency in Online Role-Playing games.

The methodology described in TM Media Group's patent application may be used to create an E-Commerce Role-Playing Platform with a 'game account' in the context of multi-user game play via the Internet. The platform will provide a forum for interactive, competitive game play with a 'game account' to accept deposits, enabling a player to make purchases within the game to build their character with purchased features, accept winnings and payout an opponent upon defeat. Depending on the game system, the 'game account' may be funded with real money, such as cash or credit card.
