TITAN AWARDED SUBCONTRACT

 SAN DIEGO, Dec. 21 /PRNewswire/ -- The Titan Corp. (NYSE: TTN) has been awarded a subcontract from General Electric (GE) Aerospace in Camden, N.J. The subcontract, valued at approximately $6.1 million, is for the development of a signal processing subsystem and a Milstar satellite simulator. The subsystem is part of the Single Channel AntiJam Manportable (SCAMP) communications terminal being built by GE Aerospace for the U.S. Army.
 The SCAMP terminal will provide the Army with a portable worldwide communications system utilizing the Milstar satellite network. Titan will produce 15 subsystems, leading to a potential production build of more than 400 subsystems to be awarded in early 1996.
 The Titan Corp., headquartered in San Diego, designs, manufactures and installs high-technology information and electronic products and systems for government, commercial and international clients.
