 TITAN ANNOUNCES LICENSING AGREEMENT WITH MBB DEUTSCHE AEROSPACE
 SAN DIEGO, Sept. 23 /PRNewswire/ -- The Titan Corp. (NYSE: TTN) announced today that it has licensed its patented rights to an explosives detection technique to Messerschmitt-Bolkow-Blohm (MBB Deutsche Aerospace) of Munich, Germany on a non-exclusive basis for use in an automated explosives detection system which MBB Deutsche Aerospace is developing to improve airport security and other internal security in Europe.
 "Technology licensing is an important part of our efforts to commercially exploit certain of our technology and intellectual properties," said Gene W. Ray, president and chief executive officer. "We are pleased to have the opportunity to provide technological support to MBB Deutsche Aerospace on this important internal security system project in Europe."
 The Titan Corp., headquartered in San Diego, designs, manufactures and installs high technology information and electronic products and systems for government, commercial and international clients.
