VEND IT LIKE BECKHAM: Get ready for Posh denim.

Former Spice Girl Victoria Beckham, the beleaguered wife of soccer hero David Beckham, is doing a line of denim called Victoria Beckham Rocks for Rock and Republic.

Why? Good question. Beckham has hundreds of jeans, but none that she lo-o-oved, so why not make her own? In town last week for the Rock and Republic fashion show, she described her line of jeans, T-shirts, jackets and miniskirts as ``really cool.'' Her stretchy jeans have a new shape, low in front, with skinny long legs, flared bottoms, and what she calls a Wonderbra effect on the buttocks. Wow. Look for her stuff in stores this spring.

Beckham squeezed into a pair for her Los Angeles show but they were specially made for her bump. She's expecting her third child in March. The couple has two sons and hubby David has told press he would love a daughter.

Earlier this year, their marriage was rocked by allegations that David cheated on Victoria with his former personal assistant. Simply shocking, isn't it?

Spotted at the RR show, Paris Hilton, snapping pictures of jeans she covets, Eve, Bai Ling, Kelly Hu, J.C. Chasez, Erika Christensen, Ryan Starr, Jillian Barberie, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar and Marisa Ramirez.

Beckham's next project will be, you guessed it, maternity denim and perhaps a Baby Beckham bag with a changing mat and other things that promise to be very Victoria Beckham.

IT'S SCARY IN THE 'O.C.': Everything was very O.C. at the SKYY Orange Halloween Party at Joseph's Cafe in Hollywood. On hand were costumed ``O.C.'' cast members: Adam Brody as an astronaut and Rachel Bilson in a bright purple wig and green disco outfit. Also tipping the O vodka: Josh Schwartz as Gilligan off the island and Schuyler Fisk as a floppy Raggedy Ann doll.

Brandon Davis and girlfriend Mischa Barton disguised themselves as some kind of '50s goth couple. He wore way more eye makeup than she did. And Mark McGrath came as a wrestler and tried to threaten the photographer. Is everybody ready to rumble?

Across town, animal lovers Ann Turkel, Keely Shaye Smith, Patricia Rae, Lisa Edelstein, Wendie Malick, Peter Falk and ape activist Jane Goodall spent Halloween Eve raising funds for our fine furry friends at the In Defense of Animals second annual Guardian Awards at Paramount Studios.
