TINSELTOWN SPYWITNESS.Byline: Elizabeth Snead and Sharon Knolle VILLAIN AND HEROES: Just call him Sir Ben. At the Los Angeles premiere of ``Thunderbirds,'' British actor Ben Kingsley admitted that he quite likes having been knighted by his countrymen. ``The English aren't like Americans. But suddenly, out of nowhere, they give you a knighthood knighthood: see chivalry; courtly love; knight. . That really makes me treasure it. The English are not very outgoing.'' Kingsley is very outgoing as ``Thunderbirds' '' mind-bending baddie.
