LICENSE TO CHILL: Westwood went British on Saturday afternoon as the teen superspy sequel ``Agent Cody Banks 2: Destination London'' premiered, much to the delight of throngs of kids and teens lucky enough to be invited to the celebration.

Stars Frankie Muniz and Anthony Anderson zoomed in on a Hovercraft, while newcomer Hannah Spearritt made do with arriving in a classic black British taxicab. There was even a red double-decker bus on parade and plenty of red-coated Royal English Guards on hand for photo ops. Teen Hollywood came out in force for the screening and after-party at the Armand Hammer Museum. Nickelodeon favorites Josh Peck and Drake Bell set the girls atwitter, while Vanessa Lengies, Mae Whitman, Arielle Kebbel and Sara Paxton made the boys look twice.

Beau Bridges brought his family, as did the film's older stars, Keith David and Daniel Roebuck.

Muniz seemed thrilled by the happy reception his sequel got from the young crowd, saying, ``I love that Agent Cody Banks is a junior James Bond because everyone wants to be that type of character and kids now have someone to look up to. Kids come up to me all of the time and say, 'Oh, I want to be like Cody Banks. You're so cool.' I think that's awesome.''

Everyone thought the after-party was pretty awesome, too, as people of all ages turned into kids there, racing from winning prizes at carnival booths to playing video games to getting fake tattoos. Crowds of hungry youngsters gobbled up kid-friendly food, and caused a three-deep logjam around the huge chocolate fondue towers that spilled warm milk chocolate down in tiers, ready for strawberries, bananas and even peanut butter cubes to be dipped. The only problem with that? Small children with sharp, dripping skewers in hand. Think about it.

OUT OF HIS MIND: Ever been dumped and wished you could get that guy/girl out of your head? Eccentric writer Charlie Kaufman, who first took moviegoers on a wild trip inside a famed actor's head in the award-winning ``Being John Malkovich,'' apparently has.

His poignantly funny new film ``Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind,'' directed by Michel Gondry, (``Human Nature'') is the story of a heartbroken man (Jim Carrey) who has the memory of his ex-lover (Kate Winslet) erased by a team of crackpot scientists.

At the Tuesday night premiere at the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences in Beverly Hills, all the ``Mind'' stars showed up to talk about the film, including Carrey (with fresh stubble on that bald head), Frodo, er, Elijah Wood, Winslet, Kirsten Dunst, Mark Ruffalo and Tom Wilkinson.

Of course everyone was asked the inevitable, ``If you could erase anyone, who would it be? Ouch. Who wants to answer that?

Certainly not Carrey, once romantically linked to Renee Zellweger, whom he fell in love with on the set of ``Me, Myself and Irene.'' He gave a flippant, noncommittal answer with a big ``I'm so not going to give you a real answer'' smile on his rubber face.

Can't help but wonder if Winslet's assistant-director husband Jim Threapleton might like to erase the memory of being dumped and replaced by Oscar-winning director Sam Mendes.

And how about Dunst, who surely must have longed for a brain wash while filming the new ``Spider-Man'' with old beau Tobey Maguire. Heck, even we can't forget that hot, wet, upside-down kiss!

After the film, guests including the aforementioned Mendes, Jake Gyllenhaal, Garry Shandling, Thandie Newton, Cameron Crowe, Brian Grazer, Dominic Monaghan and Jack Black congratulated Gondry and the film's stars. Rodney Dangerfield even wandered around wearing a short-sleeve shirt, wrinkled shorts and white socks that matched his bony legs. No wonder he gets no respect!
