TINSELTOWN SPYWITNESS.

A MOST DIVERSE CROWD: Chris Rock doesn't mince words. Even with 11-year-old Dakota Fanning in the audience.

His latest material, delivered on stage at the 13th annual Diversity Awards at the Beverly Hills Hotel The Beverly Hills Hotel is a hotel in Beverly Hills, CA, at 9641 Sunset Boulevard. It was opened on May 12, 1912 and started by Margaret J. Anderson and her son, Stanley S. , had nothing to say about the dismissal of ``Housewives'' actor Page Kennedy for ``improper conduct.'' But she didn't miss a beat when asked if Rock's language bothered her.

``Everything Chris says is funny, and I always laugh at whatever comes out of his mouth,'' said the diplomatic Fanning, who received a surprise bouquet from Robert De Niro Noun 1. Robert De Niro - United States film actor who frequently plays tough characters (born 1943)

Vince Vaughn, who did not bring Jennifer Aniston to watch him receive the Innovator Award, seemed to agree. He gave Rock a big hug before heading to the outside terrace for a smoke.

Photographers, though, seemed to hate Chris because he skipped the red carpet, and Carlos Mencia Ned Arnel Mencía (born October 22, 1967 in San Pedro Sula, Honduras), better known by his stage name Carlos Mencia, is a comedian, writer, and actor in the United States. ``I'd like to thank Chris Rock,'' said Mencia when he picked up the Comedic Award. ``He's never helped me with my career, but maybe he will now that I've thanked him.''

She is known to American audiences for her role as Dr. , Tyrese Gibson, Terrence Howard, Paul Haggis and others didn't all feel obliged to mention Rock when they picked up their awards. Many acknowledged their role as artists who are contributing to the increasingly diverse nature of film and television.

``I know that by standing here looking the way I do, it gives you an idea of the extent of diversity in today's television and film,'' said Oh, who received the Creative Liberty Award and joined the diverse cast of ``Grey's Anatomy'' to accept the favorite drama ensemble award.

AND THE MONKEY: Fortunately not everything that happens in Vegas stays in Vegas. Especially if it involves Paris Hilton and some serious monkey business at Kelly Osbourne's 21st birthday party. Agent Provocateur and Osbourne threw a birthday bash last Saturday night that featured ``The Greatest Lingerie Show on Earth'' at Body English in the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino. It started off innocently enough.

Osbourne, who stayed in the Hard Rock's penthouse, spent Saturday afternoon at The Rock Spa getting treatments with friends while Hilton loaded up on Agent Provocateur's erotic lingerie. After a private dinner at the hotel's Nobu restaurant, everyone headed to Beacher's Madhouse for the nightly variety show.

Hilton, accompanied by boyfriend Stavros Niarchos, became enamored en·am·or

of a trained monkey that roams around Beacher's and took it with her to Body English. Unfortunately, reveals a fellow reveler, ``She drank too much and lost the monkey.'' That caused general panic and delayed the fashion show for 20 minutes until the monkey was found by the staff.

But it didn't wreck the party. Osbourne went on stage to get a birthday cake presented by hot Agent Provocateur models, and the crowd - including a half dozen major league baseball players This list consists of Major League Baseball players, both past and current, who have a biographic article (members of the Baseball Hall of Fame are noted with a β). ``Beacher's Madhouse was hysterical and the perfect way to kick off my birthday weekend,'' Osbourne said. ``I definitely would recommend turning 21 in Vegas to anyone!'' And the monkey? Paris bought it and brought it home.
