THE 'JURY' IS IN: All eyes were on British beauty Rachel Weisz Thursday night at the ``Runaway Jury'' premiere at the Cinerama Dome, for she was poured into a curve-revealing lavender satin Narciso Rodriguez dress that defied description.

Her ``Jury'' co-stars John Cusack, Dustin Hoffman and Jeremy Piven - all in dark suit/dark shirt combos - obviously loved the look, as they gave her a three-way kiss for the cameras.

Gene Hackman, the film's other heavy hitter, didn't make the scene, but Weisz made sure he wasn't forgotten, saying, ``Working with this cast was an honor and a privilege - and terrifying. They are very inspiring, too, at the very top of their game and still very passionate about what they do.''

And it seemed that Hackman was the only cast member to miss the unspooling of the adapted John Grisham thriller (big tobacco is replaced by big gun manufacturers in the film version) and the after-party at Les Deux Cafe.

Along with director Gary Fleder, we spotted ``Runaway Jury'' cast members Bruce McGill, Bruce Davison, Nick Searcy, Bill Nunn, Nora Dunn and Rusty Schwimmer enjoying the perfect evening under the trees, nibbling on spicy shrimp and seared beef skewers and sipping crisp white wine.

Rebecca De Mornay proved that being over 40 doesn't mean you can't pull off wearing a miniskirt, while Shannon Elizabeth stuck with her young-Hollywood uniform - low-slung jeans and a strapless little top. Tate Donovan, Clifton Collins Jr., Lawrence Bender, Lakers owner Jerry Buss and Playmate of the Month Katie Lohmann (that's Miss April 2001 to you and me) rounded out the eclectic celebrity sightings, but even at the after-party, it was still all about Rachel and that dress. Wherever she was, people just had to look!

The Rock, wearing a running suit, having breakfast alone and, talking on his cell at the Firehouse restaurant in Venice. After a hearty meal, the wrestling star-turned-action hero left in his medium-size SUV. What, you expected maybe a Hummer?

Singer Seal, having dinner with friends at Katana, across from the Mondrian Hotel on Sunset Boulevard. Skip dessert, go home, and write some more music!

``American Pie'' cutie Tara Reid arriving fashionably late to the MTV ``Made'' party at Cinespace in Hollywood, wearing a plaid Burberry hat and top, then dancing in front of a table where Aimee Osbourne, Nikki Hilton and Casey Johnson sat and watched in amazement. Guess you can take the girl out of the party, but you can't take the party out of the girl.

READ MY CHEST: Everyone knows actresses are neurotic. Perhaps that's why Liz Vassey and Kristin Bauer chose to advertise their deep, dark neuroses with a line of snarky slogan shirts - Neuroses to a Tee. The shirts are already huge hits with trendy thespians.

``CSI Miami'' star Emily Procter's tank reveals ``I use big words to impress people'' and ``Charlie's Angels' '' Lucy Liu's T boasts ``Wasn't picked for cheerleading.''

The T's are so hot the actresses barely have time for their day jobs. Bauer (best-known as George Segal's wife in ``Just Shoot Me'') just wrapped ``Fifty First Kisses'' with Adam Sandler and now stars in the CBS series ``Two and a Half Men'' with Charlie Sheen.

Sassy Vassey (``The Tick'') will play an undercover agent in ABC's upcoming midseason pilot ``Partners.'' The two babes met shooting a ``Fantasy Island'' episode. Four years later, still single and celebrating Valentine's Day together (again), Bauer having survived a fling with Fabio, they decided Hollywood would be a better place if everyone wore their neuroses on their chests.

Their martini-fueled idea became a gold mine as friends/co-workers clamored for the shirts that advertise character flaws such as ``Looking for Daddy,'' ``I date down,'' ``I have abandonment issues,'' ``Damaged goods,'' ``Will cry for attention,'' ``My boyfriend's wife hates me'' and ``Ignore me and I'm yours.''

The girls' new Christmas line is now available on www.justdumped.com. Who among us doesn't need an anti-holiday shirt that proclaims ``Santa is a sleigh driver.''

BERMUDAS, BAHAMAS: When you're a star, life is just one long weekend.

Maybe that's why award-winning actors love Tommy Bahama's lightweight leisure duds. The list of fans for the trendy tropical sportswear includes such well-known names as Anthony Hopkins, Nathan Lane, Michael Douglas, Bruce Willis, Samuel Jackson, Pierce Brosnan, Muhammad Ali, Cuba Gooding Jr. and Matthew Perry.

Even funny guy Adam Sandler has been spotted shopping at the Tommy Bahama store in the Grove shopping center. So has ``The Sopranos'' mob boss James Gandolfini, who swears by their colorful camp shirts.

And Oscar-winning actor Denzel Washington wears a signature Tommy Bahama palm tree print camp shirt in several scenes in the just-released thriller ``Out of Time.''
