TIME WARNER INC. NAMES TWO VICE PRESIDENTS

 NEW YORK, May 25 /PRNewswire/ -- The Time Warner (NYSE: TWX) board of directors approved the appointment of the following executives as vice presidents of Time Warner: Robert W. Brodbeck, assistant controller, was named a vice president; and Toni Fay, director of community relations, was named vice president, community relations.
 Bob Brodbeck has been with Time Warner for twenty five years. He joined Warner Bros. in 1968 as an assistant controller. In 1971 he became controller of Elektra Records, and in 1972 he was named director of budgets and financial analysis for Warner Communications, Inc. In 1985 he became an assistant controller. He has a B.S. in accounting from Saint Peters College and is a certified public accountant.
 Toni Fay joined Time Warner in 1982 and is responsible for the company's community relations programs, with a special emphasis on education, literacy, and cultural affairs. Prior to joining Time Inc., Fay held positions as director of planning and development for the National Council of Negro Women; executive vice president of D. Park Gibson Associates, a marketing and public relations firm; and regional commissioner for the Governor's Council on Drug and Alcohol Abuse in Pennsylvania. She received her B.A. from Duquesne University and earned an M.S.W. and M.Ed. from the University of Pittsburgh.
