TILDEN INTERRENT INTRODUCES PERSONALIZED SERVICE PROGRAM AT 400 LOCATIONS
 MONTREAL, Oct. 1, /CNW/ - TILDEN Interrent is introducing the PRIVILEGE PROGRAM for frequent business travellers at all its 400 Canadian locations, as part of the major program of change launched earlier this year to beat the competition.
 The only Canadian-owned car rental company among Canada's top three, TILDEN through its interrent network, will offer PRIVILEGE service at many locations around the world, with PRIVILEGE PREFERRED.
 "Tilden is taking a leadership role in the car rental industry by significantly improving the level of service offered to the public, especially our frequent business travellers," says Paul Pilon, President, TILDEN Interrent.
 The PRIVILEGE PROGRAM offers members a wide rande of advantages and services including designated Privilege counters to eliminate lineups; pre-written rental contracts, pre-approved credit cards and pre-inspected automobiles; no customer signature required with major credit cards at most locations; ensured reservation if car is booked 48 hours in advance; and guaranteed car classification of choice or upgrade.
 "The PRIVILEGE PROGRAM meets the demands of our customers," says Sandra Diem, Marketing Director. "We are delivering first-class service and convenience and, contrary to our competition, we offer this service at all our locations."
 Every Privilege member will be assigned a number as identification. Each time a Privilege member makes a reservation using their identification number, their complete customer profile will be processed in advance.
 With all the rental contract information available ahead of time, customers no longer have to wait. Everything can be prepared in advance including car assignment and completion of the rental agreement.
 "We are taking the frustration out of the car rental experience by eliminating delays or last minute changes," says Pilon. "For the frequent traveller, there really isn't anything better in the car rental business in Canada."
 TILDEN Interrent, with the greatest number of car rental locations in Canada, began repositioning itself by extending its global reach through the Interrent network and with its participation in the Air Miles travel rewards program. Coupled with the moves, was a change of logo to "symbolize our strategic commitment to customer service excellence."
