THREE 24-HOUR POST OFFICES TO OFFER FULL WINDOW SERVICE

DETROIT, Feb. 18 /PRNewswire/ -- Three Detroit area 24-hour post offices will offer full retail window service operations on the President's Day Holiday. Monday, Feb. 21 is an official holiday observed by the U.S. Postal Service. "Although there will be no regular mail delivery and suspended retail services at all other district offices, we recognize our customers mailing needs" says Vernita M. Martin, district manager, customer service and sales. "For this reason, in addition to our 24-hour post offices, we will open all other District post offices, stations and branches, from 8:30 a.m. until 10 a.m. for post office box holders/caller service only."
Customers are encouraged to deposit mail by 5 p.m. in local collection boxes as they will be collected and processed on this day. The following 24-Hour Post Offices will be open for retail services on the President's Day Holiday:
Detroit Main Office 1401 W. Fort St. Open 24 Hours
Redford Branch Office 12245 Beech Daly Rd. Open 24 Hours
Airport Mail Center Detroit Metro Airport Open 24 Hours
As always, Express Mail Service is delivered 365 days a year, including holidays. Contact your local post office for service details.
