THOUSAND OAKS: BRIEFLY : 4 SUSPECTS ARRESTED IN VEHICLE BREAK-IN.NEWBURY PARK - Two adults and two juveniles from Simi Valley Simi Valley (sē`mē, sĭm`ē), city (1990 pop. 100,217), Ventura co., SW Calif. in an oil, fruit, and farm region; laid out 1887, inc. 1969. were arrested early Tuesday on suspicion of breaking into a pickup truck in the 600 block of Gerst Drive in Newbury Park. Deputies were called to the scene by witnesses who said they saw two of the suspects standing by a white pickup truck.
