Artworks by 12 local high school teachers are on display in a show intended to generate local interest in art and give teen-agers a chance to see the various kinds of work their teachers have created.

The Antelope Valley Union High School District The Antelope Valley Union High School District (A.V.U.H.S.D.) is located in the Antelope Valley area of California, in northern Los Angeles County.

The district includes eight public high schools, one trade school, and two continuation high schools in the cities of Palmdale
 Art Teachers Show will run through Dec. 2 at the Antelope Valley College Antelope Valley College is a comprehensive community college located in Lancaster, California, USA. It is operated by the Antelope Valley Community College District, with a primary service area of 1,945 square miles covering portions of Los Angeles and Kern counties.  Art Gallery.

``We have everything from sculptures, ceramics, acrylics, oil paints, watercolors, color pencil and prints. There's two collage pieces,'' said Laiben.

Admission is free, but there is a 50 cent parking fee at the college. The exhibit is open from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Thursday at the gallery, located in the Fine Arts Building The Fine Arts Building may refer to:
