THOMAS F. RIPKE JR. OF WEST ONE BANK ELECTED SECOND VICE PRESIDENT OF ROBERT MORRIS ASSOCIATES

 BOISE, Idaho, Sept. 8 /PRNewswire/ -- West One Bank announced today that Thomas F. Ripke Jr., has been elected second vice president of The Robert Harris Associates (RMA) for a one year term beginning Sept. 1, 1993.
 Ripke joined West One Bank, Idaho in 1973. In 1992, he was promoted to his present position as executive vice president and chief credit administrator responsible for the quality of the bank's loan portfolio and the implementation of appropriate credit policies and procedures. Ripke joined RMA in 1973 and is an associate in its Idaho chapter. He served as a member of RMA's board from 1989 to 1992.
 RMA, formed in 1914, is a professional association dedicated to the needs of bank loan and credit officers. Today, its 3,000-member financial institutions represent about 90 percent of all commercial and industrial loans extended by U.S. banks.
