PALMDALE - After Peter Vandenberg's Camaro was broken into at Highland High School Highland High School or Highlands High School may refer to:

 and the stereo stolen, his older brother told him to use his car stereo - he wouldn't be using it while serving in Iraq with the Marines.

Now, that stereo has been stolen in the school parking lot, and the thieves pulled a gun on Peter Vandenberg on Wednesday when he chased after them.

``I'm just so proud of both of them, but it's not fair,'' mother Sandra Vandenberg said. ``Here you have these little hoodlum punks stealing from the honest kids. I hope they catch these guys.''

This was the third stereo Peter Vandenberg has had stolen at an Antelope Valley High School Antelope Valley High School is located in Lancaster, California and is part of the Antelope Valley Union High School District. Peter Vandenberg, a Highland wrestler, was walking out to his Camaro about 10:30 a.m. Wednesday during a break when he spotted two people in his car, pulling out the stereo. He rushed up yelling and the thieves ran off - carrying the stereo.

Peter Vandenberg's stereo had been stolen in December 2002 while his car was in the auto shop building over Christmas break. Burglars smashed the car's rear window.
