Julia Donaldson and Axel Scheffler's The Gruffalo is the multiple award-winning children's picture book equivalent of Harry Potter, and has been hailed as a modern classic and sold over a million copies. It's the tale of Mouse's adventures in the deep, dark woods as he comes face to face with the wild creature of his imagination. Now translated to the stage, this is one of the must-see kids' shows this summer.
