Hause displayed her comic chops in the Rep's production of Neil Simon's ``Rumors,'' as well as her serious side as the invalid wife in ``Deathtrap death·trap

Hause and McLaughlin together are a powerhouse of talent that promises to keep audiences rolling in the aisles.

It goes without saying the play is a takeoff on Simon's original ``Odd Couple,'' which after receiving acclaim on Broadway was made into a movie starring Walter Matthau and Jack Lemmon Noun 1. Jack Lemmon - United States film actor (1925-2001)

The cast includes Julia Self, Jennifer Buttell, Noel Evangalisti, Leann Donovan, Michael Altobello and Barrett Davidson.

Award-winning set designer Brian Maly will create the set and local Elise Moore is stage manager.

``We're thrilled to have Barbara Huntington directing, and the cast is phenomenal. We wanted to start the season with a comedy,'' said Craig Duswalt, the Rep's artistic director.

The show will opens today with performances at 8 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays and 2 p.m. Sundays through March 30.

Ticket prices are $15 for adults, $12.50 for seniors and $10 for students and children. The Rep accepts major credit cards, and discounts are available for large groups.
