on about how his impeccable image has been tarnished by an inaccurate report of his involvement in a sexual-harassment suit filed by a former hairstylist on Fox Sports Net's ``Best Damn Sports Show.''

The Associated Press' version of the story that went out to the media claimed Arnold was accused of the harassment. In fact, Lisa Brescher's lawsuit specifically accuses John Salley John Thomas "Spider" Salley (born May 16, 1964 in Brooklyn, New York) is a retired American professional basketball player in the NBA, actor and talk show host. He is a 1988 graduate of Georgia Tech's College of Management and a member of the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity.  and claims Arnold, among others, contributed to an ``environment of unrestrained sexual harassment sexual harassment, in law, verbal or physical behavior of a sexual nature, aimed at a particular person or group of people, especially in the workplace or in academic or other institutional settings, that is actionable, as in tort or under equal-opportunity statutes. .''

magazine, cover girl Leeann Tweeden, who co-hosts Fox's ``54321'' extreme-sports show, doesn't do anything to help Salley's case.

When asked ``who checks you out most'' on ``BDSSP,'' Tweeden says: ``John Salley, absolutely. He doesn't hide it, either.''

Brescher's suit claims Salley ``regularly pawed (and) groped'' her. When she told Arnold about it, ``he didn't care,'' then labeled her a ``troublemaker and banned her from the set,'' which caused her ``extreme anguish, severe humiliation ... and emotional distress emotional distress n. an increasingly popular basis for a claim of damages in lawsuits for injury due to the negligence or intentional acts of another. Originally damages for emotional distress were only awardable in conjunction with damages for actual physical harm. .''

Through his PR agency, Salley ``emphatically denies the baseless allegations.''

Meanwhile, Fox released a statement that said ``to the contrary, it appears that she (Brescher) herself engaged in inappropriate, unprofessional behavior at work. ... Unfortunately, this is a case where a disgruntled dis·grun·tle
