Call it guilt. Call it portion control. But some people have a better shot at limiting themselves to a single serving when they have to unwrap each one.  mostly sugar and water. And their main juice (apple in this case, white grape in others) is hardly a nutritional champ. The same goes for Minute Maid Minute Maid is a product line of beverages, usually associated with orange juice, but now extends to soft drinks of many kinds, including Hi-C.

Minute Maid was the first company to market orange juice concentrate, allowing it to be distributed nationwide and served
 Fruit Juicee Orange Juice Bars. Their first ingredient (after water) is apple juice. That's probably why they have no vitamin C.

Tropicana Tropicana may mean:

  • Tropicana Products, a food company known for orange juice.
  • Tropicana Field, a stadium whose naming rights were purchased by Tropicana Products.
 Orange Juice Bars, on the other hand, have 35 percent of the Daily Value for vitamin C. Their first ingredient is OJ.

Other good choices: Chunks O'Fruti Caribbean Fruit Mix or Strawberry strawberry, any plant of the genus Fragaria of the family Rosaceae (rose family), low herbaceous perennials with edible red fruits, native to temperate and mountainous tropical regions. The European everbearing strawberry (F.  Frozen Fruit Bars, Dole dole, distribution to the poor, usually of food or money. Kinder and gentler are Tropicana Chocolate Dipped Orange'n Cream Bars. The delicious darkchocolate coating only goes halfway down the bar, and the sat fat damage is three grams--not a Best Bite, but still pretty good, given their rich taste.

Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Bars

Thanks to coconut oil in the chocolate coating, each Yoplait TripleDipped Frozen Yogurt bar, for example, has five grams of artery-challenging fat. And a chocolate-coated Ben & Jerry's Cherry Garcia Cherry Garcia is a flavor of ice cream (and low fat frozen yogurt) sold exclusively by Vermont ice cream manufacturer Ben & Jerry's. The ice cream itself is cherry flavored and, in addition, contains pieces of Bing cherries and chunks of chocolate.  Frozen Yogurt bar contains as much saturated fat (nine grams) as a Quarter Pounder The Quarter Pounder is a sandwich sold by international fast food chain McDonald's. There are still a few frozen-yogurt finds, though. Haagen-Dazs's delicious Raspberry raspberry, name for several thorny shrubs of the genus Rubus of the family Rosaceae (rose family) and for their fruit (see bramble).

Not worth it, in many cases, are "reduced fat" ice cream bars. A frozen dessert (or any other food) has to shave shave (shav)

 off just 25 percent of its fat to slap a "reduced fat" on its label. So what? The remaining 75 percent can still show up in your waistline ... and your arteries.

Take Nestle's Reduced Fat Vanilla Drumsticks. Each cone cone, in botany

And don't turn to artificially sweetened reduced-fat products, either. An Eskimo Pie Eskimo Pie is a brand name for a chocolate-covered vanilla ice cream bar wrapped in foil, the first such dessert sold in the United States.

Danish immigrant Christian Kent Nelson, a schoolteacher and candy store owner, claimed to have received the inspiration for the Eskimo
 No Sugar Added Vanilla Bar has 40 fewer calories than a regular Eskimo Pie Vanilla Bar, but it still has eight grams of fat--six of them saturated (the regular has eight grams of sat fat).
