THE THUNDER GROUP RECEIVES PETITION

 BOCA RATON, Fla., Feb. 5 /PRNewswire/ -- The Thunder Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: TTGI) announced that it received a petition signed by three unsecured creditors to commence an involuntary bankruptcy case under Chapter 11 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code. The company is considering appropriate action to take in response to the petition.
