Now, Dice is again his middle name, as Clay plays a tough record industry president, based somewhat on Sony Music President Tommy Mottola.

He is joined by a fine ensemble, including Claude Brooks, Rick Gomez and Rosa Blasi. The show may not be for everyone, but is certainly aimed directly at the UPN audience.

The other new show, ``Head Over Heels,'' is hardly worth mentioning.
