THE SCREEN\"A Face to Die For".

Byline: Ray Richmond on TV

Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned - particularly one who has had cosmetic surgery cosmetic surgery, plastic surgery for cosmetic purposes, such as the improvement of the appearance of the face by removing wrinkles or reshaping the nose. . In the less-than-credible, illogical and wonderfully camp TV movie "A Face to Die For," bodacious bo·da·cious also bow·da·cious   or bar·da·cious Southern & South Midland U.S.

"Baywatch" boy-magnet Yasmine Bleeth stars as a woman whose face was disfigured dis·fig·ure
tr.v. dis·fig·ured, dis·fig·ur·ing, dis·fig·ures
To mar or spoil the appearance or shape of; deform.

[Middle English disfiguren, from Old French desfigurer
into a grotesque mask by a car accident and whose heart is ripped to shreds by every guy she meets. In the space of two hours, she goes from ugly to gorgeous, from timid to brassy and from a ramshackle apartment to a Beverly Hills penthouse. There is also a stop in jail along the way after she takes the fall for a boyfriend's robbery. But while in the pokey she meets a plastic surgeon plastic surgeon A surgeon specialized in reconstruction or cosmetic enhancement of various body regions, most commonly the face–nose, chin, and cheeks, breasts and buttocks; PSs remove fat deposits through liposuction; PSs reduce scarring or disfigurement  with a heart of gold who makes her beautiful, and by the time he's done she looks exactly like the guy's ex-wife and doesn't need to go back to jail. Huh? Don't expect any of this to make sense. No movie that stars Robin Givens as "the best friend" ever could. Unlike "Malibu Shores," however, this movie is bad in a very good way, giving us a wigged-out heroine who shouts lines like, "You don't love me, you love my face!" and "My name's not really Adrian. I'm Emily. I'm your sister." No, no, stop it! You're that chick from "Baywatch"!
