THE ROVING EYE.

THE caffeine in the coffee isn't the only thing that gets people jumping at The Booth in Hollywood.

A promotions company by day, the establishment at 6683 Hollywood Blvd. becomes a mini-club/coffeehouse by night where professional and aspiring DJs get to spin tunes. Anyone can take a turn at the turntable A playback machine for vinyl phonograph records, which were a major music distribution medium throughout the 20th century. The turntable contains a rotating platter to hold and spin the disc and an arm that holds a cartridge and needle (stylus). , as long as owners Charlie Collins and DJ Ty like what they hear.
